MOSCOW, Dec 30 (PRIME) – Russian oil company Tatneft and Kazakhstan's Allur will invest 3.5 billion rubles in a 20.9 billion ruble tire joint venture (JV) in Kazakhstan, Tatneft said in a statement on Wednesday, a day after it signed the deal with the government of Kazakhstan, Allur Tyres, KamaTyresKZ and group Allur.
The sides will establish a highly-technological manufacturing of car components, including a tire plant in Kazakhstan.
